Course Fees & Payment

Late payments may incur penalties or lead to suspension from the course.
Course Access & Materials
Students will receive access to study materials, video lectures, and live sessions upon successful enrollment.
Any unauthorized sharing or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited.
Conduct & Disciplinary Actions
Students must maintain professional behavior and respect trainers and peers.
Any misuse of Skill Upgrade’s resources or breach of conduct can lead to suspension or termination.
Changes & Cancellations
Skill Upgrade reserves the right to modify course content, schedule, or instructors at any time.
The institute may cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case students may opt for another batch or request a refund (as per the refund policy).
