Refund Policy


Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of course enrollment.

No refunds will be provided once 30% or more of the course content has been accessed.

If a student is dissatisfied with the course within the first 3 sessions, they can request a refund, subject to approval.

Refund Process

The refund request must be made via email at info@skillupgrade.in with payment details.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refund for students who fail to attend classes after enrollment.

Refunds are not applicable for discounted courses, special batches, or trial classes.

If a course is canceled due to a student’s misconduct, no refund will be provided.

Course Rescheduling

If unable to continue, students may opt to join the next batch instead of requesting a refund.
